Smoothie bowls have become a best friend breakfast thanks to Instagram – not just because they visually look great, but also for their nutritional value.
So what’s all the fuss?! Smoothie bowls can be serious works of art. However, if you’re not a Picasso of food and time is your enemy rather than your friend – don’t panic! These simple creations can be made without attractive presentation or intricate detail as they are delicious and healthy if just thrown together in a bowl.
You can enjoy almost any flavour combination with your favourite fruits, nuts, seeds or homemade granola (visit our granola blog for further details) all of which will make your smoothie bowl jam packed full of goodness and all the more satisfying because you’ve taken your time eating it rather than drinking it down in just a few seconds!
