Low-level exercises are recommended for people who are fitness beginners, have injuries or health conditions such as heart disease and obesity, the elderly, post COVID and women who are pregnant or have recently given birth. Once completed you can build on your success with or our 50s PLUS programme to continue your journey and sustain your progression.
