To Canape, Or Not To Canape, That Is The Question?!

Well the answer is a yes from us, and we urge you to try our healthier take on canapés, perfect for a dinner party. Ticks every box – looks impressive, tastes great and yet very simple to make. Paired with a glass of prosecco (or two) it’s a winning combination!

Prawn Canapes

Ingredients:

8 King prawns

1 chilli

1 red onion

1 mango

1 tbsp parsley

If the prawns are raw, be sure to cook them first.

Peel and slice the mango (into tiny pieces) and add into a bowl.

Slice the chilli, red onion and parsley into tiny pieces, adding to the same bowl.

Spoon a small amount of the chilli salsa and carefully insert the prawn on the end of each fork.

Enjoy!!

Pear With Rocket and Prosciutto

Ingredients:

2 ripe pears

1 bundle of rocket

6 slices of prosciutto

Quarter the pears lengthwise and remove the core. Cut into quarters again.

Cut a slice of prosciutto in half lengthwise.

Place the pear and a few rocket leaves at the end of prosciutto and roll up into a tight even bundle.
