REASONS FOR JOINING?
When LRG became part of our corporate benefits programme I thought it sounded like a great idea. The workouts being only 20ish minutes long is a massive bonus meaning you can fit a workout in almost anytime and the idea of a different workout every week appealed. The family videos for the kids is an added bonus.
RESERVATIONS FOR JOINING?
The only concern was with my fitness level at the time but after the first week it was clear that this programme actually does cater what ever your level. It’s always a great feeling when you’ve done a week where you can copy more of Ben but even if you’re following Nina its certainly no less of a workout.
RESULTS / BENEFITS?
The first time I joined I could feel the results very quickly, I felt fitter, stronger and lost weight which was always the goal. For various reasons not related to the programme I did not continue but in the last few months I have changed my job to a less physical one and actually missed the workouts so signed up again. This time I’m seeing the same results and I feel so much better mentally and physically after the workouts, I am kicking myself for stopping in the first place.
I would recommend LRG to anyone and everyone and frequently do. The one thing that stands out for me is the support you get from Nina and Ben. They are always on hand if you need them and they check in often (but not too often.. it never seems intrusive) to see how you’re going. Yes it is their business but you do get the impression they care about their members. The videos for the kids are great and have really got my 2 step kids working and they actually ask to do the video at the weekends which is amazing!
