REASONS FOR JOINING?

I run my own physiotherapy clinic and work long hours and so needed something to fit into a busy schedule. It’s so nice to do it from home regardless of what time it is, and each week is something different, which makes it much more interesting. Also, the price is much cheaper than local gyms!

RESERVATIONS FOR JOINING?

I wasn’t sure if I would keep it up or might get bored (like with lots of YouTube workouts or DVDs) but because the workouts are different each week I definitely haven’t got bored!

RESULTS/BENEFITS?

I have been able to fit these in when it suits me which is a godsend. The sessions are different each week and some will focus on just abs or resistance/strength work or you can tag these on to your full body workout, and that’s really useful. I have found it really useful to recommend it to my patients as well, as Ben and Nina have such amazing knowledge that can be beneficial when returning to fitness following injury. It’s nice to see their chemistry when doing the sessions and can be pretty funny too! They also supply you with all the bands etc that you will need so no need to go out and buy anything.  I have ‘fallen off the wagon’ a few times but Ben and Nina have been there to get me back on track and offer words of encouragement.

ANYTHING ELSE?

This honestly is a great concept for people of any age, and any ability. The sessions involve easy and harder moves and you can always contact Ben or Nina at any time if you have any questions or concerns. They always reply to emails and have great advice. As a physiotherapist I’m quite particular about who I take advice from re: exercise and fitness but these guys know their stuff! They make it interesting and are always on hand, thank you.
