HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER?

I initially joined on the ‘Set your Goals’ membership at the beginning of May.

REASONS FOR JOINING?

I’m getting married in August so wanted to look my best for that and for my honeymoon after. I’ve been going to the gym regularly for about 4 years but primarily focus on weights and rarely any high intensity exercise so knew that I needed to start doing some HIIT training to boost muscle tone and fat loss. My friend is a client of yours and she looked absolutely amazing for her wedding (and after!) last year so I asked her all about LRG and how it works. I work long shifts at a hospital so needed something quick and I really like that the videos are only about 20 minutes long so I can never use the excuse of not having time and they change every week so I never get bored.

RESERVATIONS ABOUT JOINING?

My main reservation was my hatred for cardio! I much prefer doing weights and find HIIT and general cardiovascular exercise really hard work. I was also worried I wouldn’t use it on top of my gym membership but because they’re only 20 minutes I find it really easy and enjoyable to do in the lounge before my shifts.

RESULTS / BENEFITS?

I’ve definitely noticed I look more toned and combined with my weight training I am really pleased with the results. I felt like I had really plateaued with the gym and LRG has added something extra to my workout routine that I really enjoy but also provides noticeable results. I also feel like I have more energy for my long shifts – I’m less reliant on coffee now!

ANYTHING ELSE?

A few months ago if someone had asked me to start doing HIIT workouts I would have flat out refused! However, LRG has been fantastic and the support from Nina and Ben is great. It has become a habit that I look forward to and I would recommend it to anyone.
