Well, knowing what usually happens when I attempted any kind of exercise before, the risk was that I would just do it a few weeks and then give up for one reason or another.

The Back to Fitness program turned out to be exactly what I needed in combination with watching my calorie-intake and stopping my everyday afternoon tea/coffee with something sweet. By the time I had finished the Back To Fitness programme I had 12 kg’s and gained a lot of muscle and energy. I feel healthier and have significantly increased my overall fitness. It really is amazing to see how quickly it was possible to see such large improvements! I think the increasing difficulty was ideal to make sure that I kept going. I didn’t get bored because I wasn’t doing the same thing for weeks on end and it made me compete with myself.
I have an issue with one of my ankles, that I injured a couple of years ago. With the increased movement that comes with exercise it started acting up again. When I mentioned this to Nina and asked her if she had any ideas, she literally went over and beyond to help and with her advise I now feel it improving. The personalised help and support they offer at LRG Fitness is really one of a kind! At this time, I’m continuing my fitness journey with the help of the ‘Set Your Goals’ programme and I’m looking forward to seeing my weight continue to go down and my health improve even more.
