REASONS FOR JOINING?
Working in the corporate world can be stressful and often with lots of travel and stays in hotels. The idea of having a pre-planned exercise programme (20 minutes only) that could travel with me and is sent to me weekly was very appealing! Also, that I don’t have to queue for equipment or exercise with people watching – something nobody wants to see!
RESERVATIONS ABOUT JOINING?
Like most exercise programmes and or gyms would I actually use it? (ask all my failed gym memberships) In this case the answer is a resounding yes and I think that’s a lot down to the fact the no two workouts are ever the same. Also, as you move through the journey LRG include some strength and conditioning, plus Ab workouts along with the weekly HIIT. I also have add-ons for when I have more time (and energy) so I’m never bored and I’m constantly progressing.
RESULTS / BENEFITS?
Definitely feel that I’ve more energy and sleep much better than I used too. Although I’ve always been a problem sleeper! Body composition wise I’ve noticed the biggest change (as have my friends and family) – whilst I have been lighter, I have never been as small in size or as strong.
LRG offers something for everyone. The teaching methodology is perfect whether you are a beginner or advanced and that never changes throughout the process so as you are getting fitter you are still reminded about posture and form (and our favourite 4 letter word….core!). I work a lot more from home nowadays and its so easy to fit around my lifestyle that I never find I need an excuse not to do it. It really has become a habit.
