RESERVATIONS ABOUT JOINING?
LRG was highly recommended to me by a colleague but I couldn’t understand why you would pay to watch a fitness workout at home, how it can be as beneficial as joining a gym/classes and how it can actually be hard work?! All my initial reservations were soon proved wrong!
RESULTS / BENEFITS?
The benefit has to be exercising in pyjamas with yesterday’s make up on at a time that suits me whilst having a bad hair day – no other exercise class would allow this! I don’t go near the scales, never have and never want to! Since joining LRG my posture has changed and I have become more toned ( I now stand upright and hold my stomach in whilst walking the dog!). My stamina has improved and I can now complete all high knees (an LRG favourite) giving 100%. You will eventually need some equipment loop bands, resistance bands etc – don’t panic it’s all part of the journey and arrives via post with a personalised postcard. (It’s the little things!).
The variety of exercises sent each week never cease to amaze me, it’s not repetitive or lengthy ensuring you keep focused without getting bored.
