REASONS FOR JOINING?
Exercise has always been important to me and as a new mum I was struggling to find time to regularly exercise. The thought of being able to exercise at home at a time that suited me sounded great and well worth a try.
RESERVATIONS FOR JOINING?
I had been advised not to complete any high impact training and felt fairly anxious about starting some new training without having someone physically there guiding me. Before I signed up I discussed this with Ben and Nina and felt reassured that this programme could work for me, with the option to progress onto high impact as and when I was able to. In all of the workouts Nina explains the both the high and low impact options so it really does feel like there is someone there guiding you. Nina has also been great in reassuring me when I have had specific questions along the way.
RESULTS / BENEFITS?
My fitness has definitely returned but the biggest difference I have noticed is in my posture, especially since starting the resistance band workouts. This has been an area I have tried to previously improve without noticing much difference so am really pleased with this result. Seeing these results have really increased my self confidence.
I really enjoy the sessions and look forward to seeing what the next workout has in store. Ben and Nina are extremely motivating which have made it easy to slot into my routine.
