Brilliant and personal service offered. Easily able to tailor the exercises to your fitness level as different variations of the exercises are demonstrated by Nina and Ben in a fun and easy to follow way. Loved the variety with different exercises each week. I would recommend this to any one who wants to improve or maintain their fitness levels.
