REASONS FOR JOINING?
I’ve been using the gym for the last 4 years and have realised that it gets difficult to consistently attend gym classes I want to attend due to a demanding job. Upon learning about LRG, this was the perfect way to workout and not worry about attending the gym or a specific class schedule, there’s simply no excuses to not stay active. I am now able to do a quick session at anytime of the day.
RESERVATIONS ABOUT JOINING?
My main concern would be, is it something that I can follow for the long-term and avoid stopping half way? I can easily say the last few months have been great and the workouts are variated to make sure I am constantly challenged and striving to stay fit.
RESULTS / BENEFITS?
I have felt a significant improvement in all aspects of exercising, for instance, I can do more push-ups and more squats than when I first started LRG, it keeps me accountable as I want to make sure I am constantly progressing and striving to reach my fitness goals.
I think LRG has hit the spot in making sure there is an alternative option for each exercise to keep you pushing instead of stopping. I have also started to pay more attention to my meals over the last month as I want to make sure the exercises are being counted towards a healthy diet overall.
**UPDATE – Wanted to send you my pictures to update you on my journey of weight loss. I started in November with my wife on a proper nutritional diet complimented with LRG workouts. The pictures attached are 1 month, 3 month & 6 months results, 9KG lost in total so far.**
